Obituary

Linda Lou VanDyke, of Morley, went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2025. She was born on July 17, 1951 in Conklin, Michigan to Nick and Phyllis (Strowbridge) VanDyke.

Raised as a Catholic, Linda was a devoted Christian throughout her life. She enjoyed travelling God's creation and taking scenic tours, often in Florida, Texas and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Linda was a people-person; she loved spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren and hosting family gatherings, for which she cooked all kinds of food and candies. Linda could often be found fondly observing the neighborhood cardinals and woodpeckers. She also loved dogs and cats, but she had a soft spot for Himalayan and Persian cats in particular.

Linda will be dearly missed by her children: Stacey Millis and Michael (Denise Keeler) Pierce; grandchildren: Samantha (Aaron) Witte, Melissa Hardy, Kristoffer Hardy, Derek Keeler, and Kayla Minke; and great-grandchildren: Juliana, Madison, Jace, Maleigha, Elijah, Alex, and Theodore.

She is preceded in death by both parents, as well as her great-grandson, Carson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help assist with services.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, 3:00 P.M. at the Morley American Legion Post 554. If you would like to bring a dish to pass, please contact the family.
